In accordance with the decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 30.09.2016 No. 791, if necessary, on a contractual basis, at the expense of the cost of project development and survey work or at the expense of additional funds of the customer, developer, general contractor for the construction of turnkey buildings, engineer (engineering organization) when providing engineering services for complex management of construction activities, state expertise agencies can provide expert support for the development of urban development projects and project documentation, pre-investment documentation, including the stage of collecting initial data for project development, preparation of building permit documentation.
Expert support is carried out according to the rules established by the authorized agency of state expertise.
